Buildings deserve better software.
A tour is not a transaction. It is the first moment a building earns a person's trust — or doesn't. For decades, that moment has been mediated by a clipboard, a leasing agent's mood, and a cluttered PDF of amenities.
The self-guided tour category replaced the clipboard with a login screen and the leasing agent with a chatbot. Progress, but uninspired. The resulting software looks and feels like every other SaaS product of the 2010s: a testimonial carousel, a pricing ladder, a grid of feature cards in a sans-serif no one chose.
We think Class A residential deserves software that feels like Class A residential. Editorial type. Cinematic motion. Silence where there could be noise. An interface that respects the prospect's time and the building's standards.
We also think the interface itself should feel like a concierge — not a chat window bolted onto a form, but a real assistant that knows the building and leads the way. The prospect says what they want; the right unit, a workable time, and a secure entry code appear where the answer should be.
And we think that concierge should be available anywhere prospects already are: on the building's website, on a listing, in a text message, inside an AI assistant, at the lobby kiosk when they finally walk in. Open standards, no lock-in, one experience wherever they meet you.
This is what we're building. If it sounds like what your building deserves, we would love to give you a private walkthrough.
